Delete my data

This page is for users of the Madhaswad Realty Android app (package admin.madhaswad.com). Google Play requires a publicly available way to request account and data deletion. Use the steps below. There is no fee, and you do not need to stay signed in to the app.

Website enquiry deletion can use the same email. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my data — Madhaswad Realty app.
2. Include the mobile number registered on the app.
3. Include your full name so we can match the staff account.

You may also call +91 992 111 8881 and ask for a deletion request. We still need the registered mobile number in writing (email or SMS) to complete the request securely.

What we delete

When we confirm the request, we delete:

• Your staff login / account (mobile number, name, role, session tokens).
• Photos and files attached only to your personal profile, where stored.
• Device session data used to keep you signed in.

After deletion you will not be able to sign in. A new account can be created later only if Madhaswad Realty invites you again as staff.

What we may retain

Some records are company books, not only a user profile. We may keep them in our project accounts after your login is removed:

• Financial and statutory records (sales, receipts, purchases, taxes) that Indian law requires us to keep.
• Site records (material receipts, tasks, project photos) that other staff created or that remain part of the project file. Where those records show your name as the person who entered them, we may replace the name with a generic staff label where practical.

We do not keep your account in order to market to you. Retained ledgers are used only for audit, accounts, and legal duty.

Timeframe

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion of the account and personal data within 30 days of a verified request, unless a longer period is required by law. If we need more information to identify the account, the 30 days starts when we receive it.

Website visitors

If you only used www.madhaswad.com to enquire about a home, email the same address and ask us to delete that enquiry. Include the mobile number or email you submitted.
