Who we are

This policy is issued by Madhaswad Realty (“we”, “us”, “our”), with site office at Namskar Chowk, Maltekadi Bypass, Kamtha Road, Nanded – 431605, Maharashtra, India.

It applies to www.madhaswad.com and to the Madhaswad Realty Android application (package name admin.madhaswad.com) used by authorised staff to manage projects, site work, and accounts.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run our business and the app.

Website (madhaswad.com)

• Name, mobile number, email, and message when you request a site visit.
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and working.

Madhaswad Realty Android app

• Account: mobile number used to sign in with a one-time password (OTP), and your staff name and role.
• Location: approximate and precise location when you record a material receipt at site, so the delivery point can be stored and opened in Google Maps. Location is not collected in the background for advertising.
• Photos and files you choose: project photos, material receipt photos, and task attachments (JPG, PNG, or PDF). On Android 13 and later, images are selected with the system Photo Picker. We do not read your full photo library.
• Camera: only when you take a photo inside the app (projects, receipts, or tasks).
• Work records you create: projects, inventory, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, tasks, and related notes. This is business data, not used for ads.
• Device: basic identifiers needed for login session and app operation. We do not sell device identifiers or use them for advertising.

How we use information

• To respond to site-visit enquiries on the website.
• To authenticate staff and operate the Madhaswad Realty app.
• To record site deliveries, tasks, sales, and accounts for the project.
• To store photos and files the user attaches to a record.
• To meet legal, tax, and audit duties in India.
• To keep the service secure and to fix faults.

We do not use personal data to show third-party ads, and we do not sell personal data.

Permissions (Android)

• Internet — to sign in and sync records with our servers.
• Camera — optional, to capture a photo for a project, receipt, or task.
• Location (fine/coarse) — optional, only when saving a material receipt with a site location.

Gallery access uses the Android Photo Picker. The app does not request broad photo-library permission.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to provide the service:

• Hosting and database providers that store our application data in India or as instructed by us.
• SMS / OTP providers, solely to send the login code to your number.
• Google Maps, if you choose to open a saved receipt location.
• Google Play services, as required to install and run the Android app.
• Professional advisers or authorities where Indian law requires it.

We do not share data with data brokers or advertising networks.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Staff app accounts and the work records they create are kept while the account is active. After deletion we may retain limited financial or statutory records as required under Indian tax and company law, without using them for the app.

Security

Access to the Android app is limited to authorised Madhaswad Realty staff. Data is transmitted to our servers over HTTPS. No method of transmission is completely secure; we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information.

Your choices

• You may refuse camera or location permission; related features will not work until you allow them.
• You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• You may ask us to delete your account and personal data. See Delete my data.

Children

The website and the Android app are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The app is a workplace tool and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the website or app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
